It can make the mundane tasks fun. Sewing has become much easier since I invested in good cutting implements.Of the seven Gingher products I currently own, these are my absolute favorite.
I debated the price for a while, but I eventually gave in. I hate I waited so long! These are nice and heavy. They are well balanced and easy to use. I've trimmed thread and denim with these.They worked great on both! They are worth the investment.

The knife edge of these Thread Snips is ideal for cutting and snipping thick layers of fabric and heavier yarn and multiple layers of fabric in sewing crafts and needle arts. These snips are designed to work with the index finger underneath the snips while the thumb is on top. The middle finger goes through the loop to stabilize the nippers while the thumb and index finger push the blades together for cutting. The double-plated chrome finish over nickel is both durable and handsome. Measure 4-1/2".
