(More customer reviews)It is pretty sturdy even though it's plastic. And it definitely regulated the pressure, but it greatly restricted the flow. So if you need to use it for more than a minimal irrigation system, look elsewhere unless you have very high water pressure or don't mind the system running for a very long period of time. I also bought a 25 psi unit at my local Home Depot and was able to get much more flow through that one.

(More customer reviews)Like the other reviewer, I've also owned two of these, and they've both also failed within a few months. (Both times, they also managed to fail while being stuck in the on position -- good thing I heard the water running!) I'd suggest hunting around for a more reliable brand or model. As soon as I find one, I'll let you know.
