(More customer reviews)For one reason. Horrible customer service. I sewed over my needle the first week and dented the blades. The number from HSN shot me to India where they gave me another number that was always busy. Finally I got thier number in Canada. After being on hold for an HOUR, I ordered two sets of blades for $75. They were the wrong blades. I called again, wrong blades came, again. And this time they only sent me one set. HSN is getting this machine back and Euro Pro will not get any more of my money.
