Columbia Tacoma Sheet Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This sheet set is not color fast.Washed it twice and both times had to scrub my dryer to get the red dye out (turned my whole dryer red). My mattress pad is red from the sheets. Every time I wear light color pajamas they get a red tint.I don't know how many times I will have to wash it to get the color to stop coming off but it's not worth cleaning my dryer afterwards. If it were not for this problem it would be a very nice sheet set.

Columbia Sheet Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We bought these sheets to be used in the RV. I washed them once before the first use and they barely wrinkled at all. They remain soft and good looking even after several washes. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that the color is slightly more yellow than expected. I wouldn't really describe the color as "beach" as advertised. Otherwise, we are happy with them.

Pinzon Hotel 300-Thread-Count Percale Duvet Cover Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)These sheets have a strange papery quality; they don't feel like heavy, high quality sheets.Though they did not shrink when washed, they came out very wrinkly.I've never seen such wrinkly sheets before; I thought cotton-percale resisted wrinkles. The fitted sheet has elastic all the way around, which is nice, and it didn't crawl up on the mattress.I have a pillow-top and it fit fine.

450-Thread-Count 100% Cotton Lisa Stripe Sateen Sheet Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The cotton material is very nice and has a nice firm feeling which would be even better if I had time to iron the sheets.I would compare the quality to something you would pay over $100 for.I have paid over $200 for material slightly better than this and I would compare it to a step below Peacock Alley Brand. Not as rich or soft, but not bad either.

I have washed the sheets twice in extra hot water. I had hoped that would shrink them.I have a very deep pocket King Size bed and the sheets are too loose.I would say they run about1-2 inches wider than I need and 4 inches longer up and down than I need.I should say I have a Tempurpedic bed and It is VERY deep - and the sheet go all the way down the sides of my mattress. But the problem is the corners do not fit tightly. The sheets get a little loose but have not come off at all.If I had a regular mattress I would just use sheet garters to fix the problem but my mattress weighs a tone so lifting a corner is impossible.

I am happy with my purchase at less that $20, but I would not have paid more for it.I may use my sewing matching to get a better fit.

OK, It's been a while since my original post. These sheets did not shrink and we are tired of swimming in our bed when the extra material bunches up.I am going to have to sew up the corners more tightly and see if that helps.

LinenSpa 200-Thread-Count Deep Pocket 100% Cotton Hotel Collection Bed Sheet Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've been sleeping in some sateen sheets for a couple years and there are nice, soft and smooth. But I recently got these "percale" sheets and they definitely have a different feel to them. They are much more crisp and clean feel to them.I feel like I'm climbing into a freashly laundered bed every night.I picked them as a cheap extra set of sheets, but I found out I may like them more than the fancy sateen sets I have. They certainly don't feel like 30 dollar sheets.

1200-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotton 1200TC Sheet Set, Queen, Lavender Damask Stripe 1200 TC Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I now have 3 sets of 1000+ thread count sheets and this set, even after only 3 washes, is my favorite. Most of the high TC sheets tend to be sateen in my experience, and while it feels soft and great, they don't breath at all. This set doesn't have the sateen finish, so it's not quite as soft initially as my others have been, but it breaths and they are still reasonably soft. After another 20 or so washes, I'm sure they will be just perfect.I'll be getting other patterns of this same type.
