(More customer reviews)I agree with everyone here, I need deep pocket sheets, these claim to fit up to a 14 or 15 inch mattress, mine are 15 deep, and, these don't even come close to fitting.Even after I used corner sheet straps, the sides were half way up the mattress.Very good quality sheets, but, they just don't fit deep pockets.I am giving mine away.

Other than that, it looks really elegant, i love how the fabric is smooth and thick. I also love the color! I regret that I didnt look for the fitted cover, flat sheet with pillow covers set. I guess I will order a set from the same company next time :D

Luxuriant and classy.But after one wash, they are starting to look like my cheaper sheets.The initial sateeny gloss just washes away.Alas, that was also true of the 500TC pillowcases from SmartBargains.com, but at least they keep their hefty yet smooth feel.Only the Joseph Abboud (sp?) sheets from SmartBargains.com [without pillowcases], of the ones I've tried so far, have really kept their elegance after washing.
So:a rating of 5 before use and wash, a rating of 1-2 after. Average:3.

We even took speial care rotating between several sets and drying them on the lowest possible setting with delicates to ensure they stayed as soft and silky, however, the short life of this product was disapointing.

(More customer reviews)Turns out 778-thread count makes the sheet heavy and strong. Seems like these will last forever. I agree with some of the others that they are not particularly soft. And it's a bit of a wrestling match to get them on the bed since they are so tough.

Weirdly, Amazon had the flat and fitted sheets, but no pillow cases, in the color I wanted. Switched to Wamsutta's 400-Count in a coordinating color for the pillow cases and they were much softer.
